Vision Enhance Pro and all products sold under the Vision Enhance brand are manufactured exclusively for and distributed solely by Peakers International Limited and its affiliated entities. No third-party resellers, distributors, or wholesalers are authorized to sell our products on any platform or through any channel. The only authorized sales channels for our products are:

Any product purchased from an unauthorized seller cannot be verified as authentic, may have been improperly stored or handled, and is not covered by our product guarantee or customer support.

3.3 Order Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, per household, or per order. Orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors may be canceled, refunded, and restricted at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3.4 Resale Prohibition and Consequences

Any purchase made in violation of these Terms — including purchases made with the intent to resell — constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of a breach:

(a) All product warranties and guarantees are immediately void.

(b) BioPeak Lab reserves the right to refuse future orders from the purchaser.

(c) BioPeak Lab reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing intellectual property infringement complaints with any marketplace where unauthorized resale occurs.

(d) The purchaser agrees that any product listed for resale without authorization may be reported to the applicable marketplace as unauthorized, and BioPeak Lab shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such reports, including listing removals, account suspensions, or inventory seizures.

(e) The purchaser shall be responsible for any legal fees, costs, and damages incurred by BioPeak Lab in enforcing these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

We accept various payment methods through secure third-party processors including Stripe, PayPal, and others. You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
